Hello working on a 205 GR, Brake booster, all fine, but then to try to fill the liquid to all 4 wheels, i found that the pump have problems. Opened and changed one "Rubber Gasket O-RING", closed and tried but it doesnt push any liquid.

The chambers are not comunicating (chambres divisées), only a 4 little holes in the piston seems that recharge the other side (the one push out the liquid to the wheels). But on try they doesnt work, and more there is a Brass washer (rondelle en laiton) that blocks the 4 holes, plus the gasket is tight for the Spring that pushes on it, so is difficult that the liquid enters to the other side.

So how works? Because i filled all with oil, it pumps the little amount that is in the pushing chamber, but after that it does not reload from the Tank (cuve).
Any one know how works or what to do to make it work?
How it does fill, how to fill it properly so it works ?

How the DOT4 Liquid Enters into the chamber ??? , the red drawn holes doesnt works, tried many times but when pumping it does not reload, so how works?

hello , your request is strange , this rarely can die and let's just buy a new one in case of doubdt! maybe you might bleed it with a gunson easybleed would be much easyer that only with feet , this kind of safety part shouldn't be open in my opinion even if remplace rings can be find let's prefer change for another working cylinder , you can set many models even biggers from the first 406 without abs ..
