205 Nouveau -91 "Le petit Suédois"

Hello!

First of all, sorry for writing in English but I don't speak French unfortunately. I thought I would here present to you my 205 that I have just bought. It is from 1991 and the model is called Nouveau. Here in Sweden the Nouveau model had special rims, tree steering wheel from Luisi and tree gear knob as well. I think it also had special upholstery. It has the fantastic TU3M engine which I love

My car has only been driven for 90.000 km and it has two previous owners from the same family. It has no rust which is unusual for such an old car in Sweden considering the salted roads in the winter time. It's really solid. It doesn't look too good in these pictures but it isn't washed and I just bought it. I will change some things on it as time goes by. Enjoy!

I will order new license plates and remove the sticker in the rear window.

The glas of the turn signal on the left side is broken. This seems to be common on the 205 model. I will buy a new one soon.

So, do you think that the steering wheel is the original ? Because, I never see it ! I think your 205 are "customised" model by a previous owner.

Donc, penses-tu que le volant est l'original, parce que je ne l'ai jamais vu, je pense que ta 205 a été personnalisée par un précèdent propriétaire.

In my opinion, it's more a XRi model from nordic countries.

Je pense que c'est plutôt un modele XRi des pays nordiques.

Hello! No it is not customised. I'm sure of it, I have owned another 205 Nouveau -91 and it was the same steering wheel and my brother and my brothers girlfriend has Nouveaus from -91 too, the same steering wheel It even says "Nouveau" in the center cap of the steering wheel. I think -91 or -92 was the last year for Peugeot in Sweden to import the 205 so I think they wanted to make "an old car" more attractive for buyers, therefore they added more exclusive things as the steering wheel

ça m'a toujours fait marrer les lave projecteur sur les suédoise ... ça peut aussi servir de tampon pour pousser ceux qu'avance pas (ça rappel le style R4 )

Google-French: Bonjour. Aujourd'hui, j'ai fait un peu de travail à la 205. J'ai commencé de changer les verres pour les indicateurs à l'avant, ils ont tous deux été fissuré ce qui semble commun sur le modèle 205. Après cela, j'ai changé les ampoules h4 à jaune pour obtenir plus d'une sensation anglaise. Ensuite, j'ai remplacé la plaque d'immatriculation avec des nouvelles, il semble plus douce de cette façon. Plus de mises à jour à venir. Merci les amis!

English: Hello. Today I have done some work to the 205. I started of changing the glasses for the indicators in the front, they were both cracked which seems common on the 205 model. After this I changed to yellow h4 bulbs to get more of a french feeling. Then I replaced the license plates with new ones, it looks more fresh this way. More updates will come. Thank you friends!
